Watching it work.

On the explorer, a Slat Owner checks five facts.

1. Issue. Total supply reads 40,000 SHUT at construction and never rises.
2. Slat Cut. The fee reads two percent and never moves.
3. Binding. Each Open Blind emits an event tied to a block value.
4. Blind Close. Each close emits an event that spends according to that Binding.
5. Shelved SHUT. Units that left issue do not appear on any balance, including the deployer.

The masthead address, once filled, is the contract to open. Until it is filled, there is nothing to open.
